I can't remember my password.
If you have forgotten your password the next course of action is to reset your password to a new one. This can be accomplished by accessing the 'Password Recovery' page, then entering your email address and clicking the submit button. A password reset email will be sent to your email address. You will then need to click on the button within the email, this action will redirect you to a page that will allow you to select and confirm your new password. This will overwrite your previous forgotten password.

If you have forgotten the email address you used to register with us, access the 'Password Recovery' page. Enter the email addresses you might have used with us, one by one and click the submit button. Check your email periodically until a password reset email has been sent from our site. Follow the instructions within the email to reset your password.
Signing up helps us save your information so you may resume tests at a later date using your saved answers, auto populates any certificates earned with your details and helps us communicate with you if required.
